"Building Project Started"

SILC recieved a one time NYS budget enhancement for the 2000-2001 budget year. This money has been applied to a building project to provide much need additional office space. Here are some early pictures. First we had to move our storage shed to the parking lot

[ Then they started digging the hole.

Then they filled in the hole with cement.

Once the Cement dried Mark Aldrich of E.E. Austin company began building the forms for the footer.
